• We deliver directly to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate to avoid delays.

Order Cut-off Time

• Order Cut-off Time: 16:00 UTC (London time).
• Orders placed before 16:00 UTC on business days (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Once your order has been placed, we aim to process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Shipping Time: 1 – 2 business days (after processing).
• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will typically take 1 – 2 business days to reach your delivery address.

Total Delivery Time

• Total Delivery Time: The total time from placing your order to receiving your product is usually 2 – 4 business days.
  • This time includes both the processing period (1 – 2 business days) and the shipping time (1 – 2 business days).
